There is a saying that some are born great, some achieve greatness, some great is no feast while
true greatness is when you achieve it and affect your generation. Youth Elite Club is a gathering of people of like minds
who share the same aspiration and vision for the betterment of their society and
upliftment of mankind and themselves. In Youth Elite Club, we are family of the
same father and mother. Yoruba's believes that children of same father take
decision jointly while that of same mother don't separate when it comes to
taking action. (Omo Baba a maa ba nigbati omo iya kin ya). Even God believe so
much in joint action "Let us create man in our own image", So Elites take a cue
from this analogy of joint action and decision taking. In as much as we share
with Martin Luther King Jr. When he once asserted that he "has a dream" we also have a great dream for the club and
members but it does not remove the fact that we are also realist, i.e. we put
our dreams into realities so as to positively affect ourselves and community.
Above all this, we know that journey to greatness and success is not going to be
easy but we have resolved to keep on fighting because tough time never last but
tough people do and it is not over until it is over.
